Processing Your Order
Once you’ve placed your order, our team gets straight to work. It typically takes us 1–3 business days to hand-pick, quality-check, and pack your items.
To ensure we can offer you the best prices and free shipping, we dispatch our products from a few different specialized warehouses. Because of this, your items might occasionally arrive in separate packages if you’ve ordered more than one style.
Delivery Times
After your order has been processed and is on its way, you can generally expect the following delivery times:

Within the United Kingdom: 5 to 10 working days.

International Shipping: Times may vary slightly depending on your local postal service, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
A Quick Note on Weekends
Our team works hard from Monday to Friday. This means we don’t process or ship orders over the weekend. If you place an order on Friday evening or over the weekend, we’ll jump on it first thing Monday morning!
