At Claire London, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
Returns
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct return address.

Customised Items: Custom-order or personalised items are not eligible for the 30-day refund policy.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier service you choose.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee for the return.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-9 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for damaged products, incorrect items, or wrong sizes. For exchange requests, please contact support@clairelondon.co.uk.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
