Our Story
Welcome to Claire London—we’re so glad you found us.
Claire London isn’t just a business for us; it’s a passion project born right here in the heart of the city. We are Claire and Louise, two sisters who spent years complaining to each other about how hard it was to find shoes that actually felt as good as they looked.
How We Got Started
It started over a Sunday coffee. Claire was tired of "fast fashion" shoes that wore out in a month, and Louise—who has a background in customer service—was frustrated by how impersonal online shopping had become. We realized there was a gap for a store that treated its customers like neighbors and its products like investments.
We decided to put our names on the door (so to speak) because we wanted to be personally responsible for everything we sent out. That’s how Claire London was born.
What We Care About
Quality Without the Guesswork: We spend a ridiculous amount of time vetting our makers and suppliers. If we wouldn't wear them all day ourselves, we won't sell them to you.
Real Support: We don’t believe in "automated" service. If you have a question about a fit or a delivery, you’re talking to a small, dedicated team that actually wants to help.
Your Voice: We’ve grown because of the feedback from people like you. We listen to every email and review because it’s the only way we get better.
